Three month ago I signed for the LifeLock identity and credit monitoring service.
Then I found out that their service is useless, because I can get the same information through my credit card company website such as Capital One and Chase Bank.

I've been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now. And after clicking the cancel button, it said my membership is cancelled however they lied to me because they didnt cancel my membership and I'm still being bill and my membership is still active. I tried cancelling through both app and website. And I keep on getting billed for this useless service because I can't cancel it.

I contacted their customer service, but I got no reply. This is because their customer service system is broken like their app and website.

In conclusion, LifeLock company (www.lifelock.com) is a scammer and you should never buy anything from them.
