Today, I will tell you about my experience using Shiftsmart app on Android.

So I booked a job with Shiftsmart, the job is for testing Virtual Reality device at a VR company.
I went to do the VR testing which last for 3 hours. And I follow all the instructions that was given to me in the app. I even checked in at the location and give them my ID and they recorded everything. After completing the test successfully, the next thing I have to do is wait for my payment. However, weeks after I finished the job, I still haven't received the payment yet. So I contacted Shiftsmart, they told me that they don't have the proof that I completed the job. However, I sent them all the proof that I have such as the confirmation email and I told them to ask the VR company and they can verify that I did completed the job. I contacted them many times but they refused to pay me.
Many months afterwards, I got the chance to go back to do different VR testing with the same company again, but this time I did not sign up through Shiftsmart, instead I sign up through another website.
So after I finished the test, I raised the concern with them that I still haven't gotten the payment for my last job yet. They checked and they told me that they already gave the money to Shiftsmart. So I contacted the Shiftsmart app again and told them this, but they still refused to pay me.
Therefore, Shiftsmart is a scam. They took the money from their client, but refused to pay me who did the work for them.
Therefore, if you are thinking about signing up for Shiftsmart, I would suggest that you avoid using it.
And if you are a company that want to work with Shiftsmart, then you shouldn't work with them because they will take your money but they wouldn't give it to the workers that actually do the job and Shiftsmart will keep all the money for themselves.
